Please read our terms and conditions of business carefully. By using our website [www.czmpestcontrol.info] or of any services [by Czechmate Pest Control] you are deemed to have read and agreed to it. We advise you to review the T&C on the website periodically as they may be updated or changed from time to time without us having to issue a separate notice of change to all users.
Czechmate Pest Control does assume the full responsibility for all of the services carried out by us on our customers’ premises and it is covered with public liability insurance against accidental damage, injury or death up to £1,000, 000.

Quotes and Prices
Fixed prices of most our pest removal treatments can be found in various sections across the website. Please use the prices for guidance only and seek a confirmation with us by phone or email when booking a service. No work may be carried out unless you agree to the type of treatment and the cost prior to its commencement.
Whilst our advice and estimates are free, the rest of our services are chargeable. Any and all costs charged by Czechmate Pest Control for delivered services or goods are due and payable without delay on completion of a job or (should it be the case) of each treatment. Where a pest control treatment consists of a course of visits involving more separate inspections and treatments, the full amount as quoted for the pest removal programme is payable on the first visit unless it has been agreed otherwise.
We accept payments in cash with 0% handling fee or by debit or credit card online via PayPal technology at 3% of each transaction value. Alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or personal cheque are subject to acceptance. Any such payment method needs to be agreed in advance.
Our customers have the right to reschedule or cancel any booked appointments free of charge for as long as a sufficient notice is given.
By sufficient notice we consider at least 6 hours for small jobs, e.g. wasp removal, ant control, follow up inspections and treatments. A failure to give us the required notice may result in a fee of £20 levied for a broken appointment. Minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule bigger jobs such as bed bug removal treatments. A failure to give us the required notice may result in a fee of £50 levied for a broken appointment.

Quotations for Service
Pest removal treatments for commercial clients are priced individually, based on the premises accessibility, size and/or any special requirements. However, you can still use our online prices as a rough indicator of our pricing. Surveys and quotes are free for commercial customers.
The payment terms can vary and are agreed with every client prior to any service can be delivered. The applicable payment terms are then stated on the invoice.
Whilst our expert pest control advice, surveys and estimates are free, the rest of our services are chargeable. All our commercial customers are presented with an invoice and service report when payment is requested.

Accidents and Claims
All due care is taken to prevent accidents from happening when carrying out pest control work on your premises. As a customer of Czechmate Pest Control, you are prompted to inform the attending technician before commencement of any works about all dangers and pending risks you are aware of are existing within your premises. If you believe to have suffered a bodily harm or damage to your property caused by our activities, you must report it to us immediately in order to allow us investigate and validate any such claim.
