For our customers' convenience, we accept payments for wasp removal also by bank card, using PayPal on our website. If you prefer to use this payment method please note the following rules apply:

Customer must notify us he/she is going to pay by PayPal.
£2 transaction charge up to £50 (or £3 for payments over £50 to £100) applies on top of our quote.
Customer must make the payment at least 1 hour before our technician is due to arrive.

Internet Banking

Suitable for advance bookings and for landlords/landladies who have arranged for our wasp removal service to be delivered in their tenants' home. If you prefer to use this payment method please note the following rules apply:

Customer must notify us that he/she is going to pay by Internet banking.
Customers have to use their own Internet banking facility.
£0 fee is payable on top of the quoted price.
Customer must make the payment at least 1 day before our technician is due to arrive, unless agreed otherwise at a time of booking.

Refunds

In an unlikely event we could not deliver the service our customer has booked and paid for due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to him/her within 3 working days, back to the same account had been used for payment.

If we could not deliver the service because the customer either does not have wasps or he/she gave us incorrect information about location of wasp nest(s) to-be-treated that showed to be outwith the 30' (9 m) reach, we deduct £20 call out charge and applicable fee (PayPal only) from the refund.

If our attending technician identifies the insect to be bees and not wasps, we will not treat the bees and the customer is liable to pay £20 call out charge (£21 by debit or credit card or with PayPal). Please note bees can only be treated (killed) where they pose a hazard and alternatives for their relocation by beekeepers have been sought. However, in circumstances when bees are assessed to pose an imminent hazard, our technicians may treat them. This can be done on the same visit at total costs of £80 (£82 by card or £83 with PayPal) which would include a follow-up visit for inspection and/or proofing after bees extermination.
