Wasp Nest Treatments
Our technicians use insecticide to control active wasp nests
and safely destroy all the nesting wasps, plus disable their nests
The chemicals are injected into wasp nests: Powerful wasp killing agents contained in insecticides we apply destroy wasps fast, without compromising on anyone's health or safety - synthetic pyrethroids or carbamates are contained in flowable dust-formulations.
How we kill wasps: Our trained operatives inject circa 70 - 150 grams of the insecticide into a wasp nest to-be-treated or apply a thin layer of it over the nest, wasp entry point and/or surrounding wasp alighting area. Wasps start to die immediately and the treated wasp nest as well as the surrounding area are clear from wasps within 24 hours on application or sooner. However, the time required for a treatment to take full effect may vary; please see our guarantee for wasp removal.
The tools our wasp controllers use in treatments of wasp nests as standard are a purpose made compression duster - fitted with an extendable or telescopic lance mounted with a nozzle at the far end.
These tools enable our technicians to reach out high and carry out precise applications on nests in all heights up to 30 ft vertically (ground level, 1st floor and a bottom of 2nd floor) while the use of ladders is minimized for greater safety of the operators, overall resulting in lower costs and a better price of the wasp removal service to our customers.
